Not provided additional charge for children under the age specified in our website section "Prices", when they are in room with tho adults and do not use additional bed or child cot. We provide additional bed or child cot on request. We would ne grateful if you notify us in advance of such request when you make your booking or later via telephone or via e-mail.
The restaurant offers traditional drinks, cocktails, culinary specialities, wich we are sure you will like.
The restaurant operates from 08:00 to 00:00
Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00

We aacept payments in cash or bank transfer
To comfirm and save your reservation, you will need to pay a deposit: via bank transfer or in cash at the reception. Please contact us for more information if necessary. The deposit amount is specified in our website section "Prices".
Any notice of cancellation must be in writing, sent by e-mail or fax.
If cancellation is requested less than fifteen (15) days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, we will keep the deposit paid. If cancellation is requested more than fifteen (15) days before the date of arrival, we will return your deposit by bank transfer and we will hold bank fees for the return.
On bookings of two or more rooms, cancellations must be applied for more than twenty (20) days before the date of arrival. Otherwise or in case of no-show, we will keep the deposit paid. If cancellation is requested more than twenty (20) days before the date of arrival, we will return your deposit by bank transfer and we will hold bank fees for the return.
If you have to shorten your stay and do this after the deadline for cancellation (15 and 20 days) or after your arrival, you will need to pay 50% of the cost of accomodation and the package price for the difference of your stay, but not less than one night.
Our prices include local taxes.
Additional paymonts and service charges
The granting of additional perks and incentive amounts to the members of our teams is entirely at the discretion of our guests, we do not offer any additional charges beyond the mandatory announced prices for accommodations and meals.
Parking and vehicles
Paid hotel has an underground garage and its own parking on the street before him, however, parking lots are inadequate for all guests. As far as we ourselves help to find a parking place near the hotel. We do not accept to be liable for theft or damage to vehicles caused them during the move or when they are parked within the hotel.
Hotel "Energy" can not accept pets.
Unless explicitly stated, all prices for accomodations and packages are based on the placement of the number of people per room. Please visit the section "Prices" on our website or ask at the reception for current prices for additional guests.
We constantly ask of ourselves on providing a normal environment for our guests and employees by promoting awareness of environmental issues. We teach our employees to exhibit behavior consistent with environmental protection, as we periodically review our practices, procedures and objectives.
